Ayesa Digital closes 2025 with €580 million in revenue, up 9%, and embarks on a new phase

The company increased EBITDA by 19% to €49 million, and adjusted profit before tax (PBT) by 11% to €23 million.

Its workforce also grew by 4% to 11,000 professionals, in a year marked by organic growth.

In this new cycle, Ayesa Digital’s shareholders are Indar Kartera (Kutxabank’s investment vehicle), BBK Banking Foundation, the Basque Government—through Finkatuz (the investment vehicle of the Basque Institute of Finance)—Vital Fundazioa, and Teknei.

Ayesa Digital, one of the top five IT companies in the Spanish market, begins its new journey on solid foundations and with a clearly upward trajectory, as all its key indicators show balanced growth. The company closed 2025 with revenue of €580 million, up 9% year-on-year, and achieved a 19% increase in EBITDA, reaching €49 million.

Ayesa Digital also ended 2025 with €626 million in order intake and a backlog approaching €1 billion, standing at €917 million. Its adjusted profit before tax (PBT) grew at a double-digit rate of 11%, reaching €23 million.

In terms of investment, €24 million was allocated to R&D, with a focus on Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud & Digital Platforms, and Quantum Computing.

Finally, the company’s workforce stood at 11,000 professionals at year-end—its highest ever—following a 4% increase. All the above indicators reflect organic growth.

Leadership in mission-critical IT services

Manuel Baraza, recently appointed CEO of Ayesa Digital, described the results for the past financial year as “very satisfactory.” “They represent a very solid starting point for the launch of the new Ayesa Digital, with performance indicators that demonstrate the consistency of the business project looking ahead to the coming years,” he stated.

The company has thus consolidated its position among the top five firms in the sector in Spain, leading the provision of mission-critical IT services and the management of strategic transformation projects. In addition, last year it was once again ranked as the top technology services provider in the Spanish market, according to the prestigious IT Sourcing Study conducted by consulting firms Eraneos and Whitelane Research, based on feedback from more than 300 public- and private-sector clients.
